Prices

​

The prices are intended per week, 4 people and include:

Electricity, water, heating, WiFi, bed linen, bath and hand towels, and final cleaning.

Free use of all buses with the Südtirol Guest Pass is guaranteed.

 

We would like to point out that there is an additional local tax per person and day (from 14 years on).

Reservation

 

To make a definitive reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

In case of cancellation (e.g., personal reasons) the deposit will not be refunded (according to art. 1385 civil code).

If the guest cancels between 30 days before the agreed date of arrival and the date of arrival,
he/she is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price.

Cancellation no later than 14 days before the date of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price.

Cancellation within 8 days before the date of arrival: 80 % of the agreed total price.

However, in the event of re-letting (within these 30 days), only the deposit will be retained.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, all booked days will be billed.

 

With the payment of the reservation fee, the conditions apply, as fully understood and legally accepted.

There are also exceptions, such as cancellation due to force majeure, or lockdowns. In this case, the deposit will be refunded to the guest after consultation.

 

Payment options

 

We kindly ask to pay the invoice in cash or by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

​

On the day of arrival (usually Saturday) the apartment is available from 2 p.m. on.

On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment until 9 a.m.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Südtirol Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional
government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association
of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and
